About Dan Paulson Dan's drive and passion is in assisting businesses to grow by developing their unrealized potential. Since 1990, he has used his experience in operations, leadership development and strategy to produce to help companies grow and prosper. Dan is recognized for his ability to build teams, develop leaders, and create top sellers in the areas of retail, service, finance and real estate. Dan's career began while working his way through college at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. He worked full time at a local manufacturing facility while earning his degree in business administration. After graduation, he honed his skills working with businesses such as Menards which provided him with experience in sales, leadership development, and marketing. In 2001, Dan joined Lands' End, continuing his work in the areas of leadership and team development. His success led him to start InVision in 2005 as a way to help businesses achieve greater bottom line growth through better strategy and work practices. Besides InVision, Dan also enjoys being a strong community partner. He is actively involved as a board member for the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and With Wings and a Halo. In addition, he is involved with several local chambers and Downtown Madison, Inc. Dan also believes in contributing to the growth of several charitable foundations including Muscular Dystrophy Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish® Foundation and the Red Cross. |
